The Inspiration for Bal Harbour’s Cover Story:

To pair the breathtaking beauty of the Everglades with high fashion. We were attracted to the unbelievable imagery taken by the famous Clyde Butcher, who has made a career out of shooting the River of Grass. We were intrigued by how different the light feels there and wanted a photographer skilled enough to understand how to best capture that light, and give the pictures a painterly quality.
