Massingham & Associates Management, Inc. Announces the hiring of Lisa Esposito, CCAM as Vice President and Branch Manager of the Walnut Creek Branch.

Lisa Esposito comes to Massingham and Associates after serving as president of one of the East Bay's larger homeowner association management companies. During the twelve years of Lisa's employment she was responsible first for converting all of the associations to an accounting program that better suited their needs as a non-profit corporation. Then Lisa took over the operations in order to provide a better management system to serve the boards of directors of more than 100 homeowner associations.

Prior to this, Lisa was the controller for a builder/developer of subsidized apartments. Lisa oversaw the production of financial statements and the budgetary reporting to the Federal Government for these low-middle income rental properties.

Lisa earned her Certified Community Association Manager certificate in 1997 and has served on the Board of Directors of California Community Association Managers for the past three years.

Lisa has served on many committees that support the homeowner association industry. She has recently chaired the 2 day event for CCAM's Trade Show and Law Seminar. Lisa has also sat on the Community Association Institute's (CAI) Manager's Breakfast Planning committee for on-going education of both board members and managers. Lisa has served on the Planning Committee for the Annual Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO) Tradeshow and Educational Seminars.

Lisa was the first Chairperson for the ECHO East Bay's Multi-Disciplinary Panel. During her two year term, Lisa chaired stimulating and often provocative discussions amongst the industry's top professionals. Lisa remains a loyal member and supporter of this venue.

Lisa has been a featured speaker at many of the homeowner association industry events. Lisa has been an annual speaker and panelist at the Annual Seminars. Lisa's speaking career began in the early 1990's when she was invited to speak at the then Council of Condominium Homeowners Association (COCHA) Saturday morning educational seminars. Lisa published a handbook for that speaking engagement entitled "How Do You Do a Budget."

Lisa's decision to join Massingham was due to several reasons. The first was that Lisa was looking to join a successful firm whose top leadership reflects a dedication to the industry and a business plan for growth and expansion of services that has no equal. Lisa believes that Massingham is all of these things. Lisa is anxious to share her experience and knowledge so that she can become a contributor to the future successes of Massingham and Associates, Inc.
