Following six months of development and a highly successful beta release, Shockproof! Training will kick off the course on Friday, May 24 with an orientation Webinar for course mentors and participants. Made up of eight in-depth exercises that explore the information, evidence, documents, and analysis required to identify an income producing property’s cash flow and assure lender access to the property and the property’s stream of income in the event of default, the course uses the best in technology in its online delivery format.
Participants follow an instructor’s verbal guidance in working through exercises and in reviewing hard copy solutions. Participants use online electronic worksheets to complete computations. They submit online review quizzes and proficiency exams to measure mastery of the material.
