Featured honeys are Wild Blackberry, Pumpkin Blossom, Fireweed and Black Button Sage. Star Thistle, Raspberry and Orange Blossom will be introduced in mid August. Their creamed honey line was introduced this spring featuring creamed honeys blended with fruits. Currently four varieties are available -- Clover, Raspberry, Apricot and Cherry.

Honey Creek Farms originated in 2004. They are a fifth generation beekeeping family whose son is currently the beekeeper with 400 colonies and also is a full time college student at WSU. His grandfather who is 88 years old still works with him, conveying his knowledge from the past seven decades to him.
