On the wave of worldwide success of Contour OLAPBrowser application, a number of Contour Components' partners are willing to distribute this software online. Actually they are asking the vendor to change Internet links hard-coded into the OLAPBrowser evaluation package, to make them point to the partner's resources. This way, their clients would not be confused with the place they purchase OLAPBrowser, and would always be brought to the web store of the partner they downloaded the software from.

Considering those enquiries, Contour Components Ltd decided to issue a special software package, Contour OLAPBrowser Reseller Kit, available for resellers only. This new edition, which is expected to take part of a complete reseller solution, is claimed to allow everyone who sells Contour software, customize the links in OLAPBrowser on their own, with no intervention of the vendor.

Mr Vladimir Nekrasov, CEO of Contour Components Ltd, says: "With this solution, we consider to invoke a large number of local online retailers to sell our software. Being primarily oriented to small and medium businesses, Contour products are ideal for such distribution, and we believe this way we can significantly increase our overall share in the market of business intelligence."

The first Contour OLAPBrowser reseller kit is now succesfully being used by Axsellit Solutions, the Norwegian partner of Contour Components Ltd.
